Anne & Jack Cecil, Owners
As the owners of Blue Ridge Lighting Supply they are the backbone and driving force behind our commitment to customer service & satisfaction. Jack has been in the lighting industry for over 50 years. Anne & Jack started Blue Ridge Supply in 1988 with a small office/warehouse in the basement of their home. Currently operating out of a 9000 square foot warehouse and an adjoining office they now employ 3 customer service representatives and 3 full time delivery drivers. Anne & Jack feel that because none of their representatives work on a commission basis you get unbiased help and information, so that your decision can be made on what will give you the most for your money, not on what will bring a higher commission.
Amy Morgan, Purchasing & Operations/Customer Service Coordinator
As the daughter of Blue Ridge Supply's owners she has been with the company since its inception She handles all of the day-to-day business operations and purchasing as well as being customer service coordinator. As purchasing agent she goes to great lengths to find the best price on every item we sell. Amy also works hard to find the best items available for purchase at auctions and overstock wholesalers. This is how we are able to offer such a wide selection of items at tremendously low prices.
Sandy Buckner, Office Manager/Shipping/Customer Service
Sandy has been with the us since September 1999. She is our office manager and handles all of outgoing shipments as well as being a customer service representative.
Lindsay Henson, Accounts Receivable/Customer Service
Lindsay has been with the us since June 2006. She is our accounts receivable clerk, administrative assistant/receptionist as well as a customer service representative. As our accounts receivable clerk she maintains all of our billing records and customer information.
