Meet The Staff

Please take a moment to get to know all of us a little better....


     Amy Morgan, President
     Purchasing/Sales Associate Coordinator

     As the daughter of Blue Ridge Lighting Supply's original owners, she has been with the company since its inception.  She worked her way up from cleaning light bulbs in their basement office/warehouse to company President. Her vast knowledge of the lighting industry allows her to work closely with the sales associates to make sure they give our customers the most up to date recommendations on their lighting needs.  In addition to overseeing all of the business operations Amy is our purchasing agent. She goes to great lengths to find the best price on every item we sell.  Amy also works hard to find the best items available for purchase at auctions and overstock wholesalers.  This is how we are able to offer such a wide selection of items at tremendously low prices. 

     "We maintain the family company ethics and priorities we started with because that is what has gotten us where we are today and we believe it is what will carry us into the future.  A strong company depends on loyal employees and loyal customers and we are blessed that we have both."


 Anne Cecil,  Vice President/Treasurer
 Jack Cecil,  Company Founder (deceased)
        Anne, along with her daughter Amy, continues with Jack's original philosophy of giving customers the best lighting for their money with a commitment to customer service & satisfaction. Anne & Jack started the company in 1988 with a small office/warehouse in the basement of their home.  Currently operating out of a 9000 square foot warehouse and an adjoining office the company now employs 3 sales associates, a warehouse manager and a full time delivery driver.  Anne is now Vice President and Treasurer and handles all of our accounts payable. 
    
     "It is our mission to provide exceptional service and value to all of our customers by giving our employees the tools, know-how & support they need to do their very best.  None of our representatives work on a commission basis so you get unbiased help and information, so that your decision can be made on what will give you the most for your money, not on what will bring a higher commission."


     Beth Ann Russell, Operations Manager
     Inside Sales/Network & Web Administrator/Corporate Secretary
 
     Beth Ann has been with the company since May, 1996. She began as a part-time administrative assistant and worked her way up to become our new Operations Manager.  She handles inside sales and works with Amy on large projects.  Beth Ann also works closely with Amy & Anne on streamlining, improving & overseeing the companies day to day operations.   She is also in the process of updating & adding to our website, including a new blog, forum and a live chat feature.

     Sandy Buckner, 
Inside Sales Associate/Accounts Receivable Coordinator/Office Clerk

        Sandy has been with us since September 1999.  She is an inside sales associate our accounts receivable coordinator and office clerk.  In addition to sales she handles billing, collections and maintaining customer information.  Sandy also manages all of our outgoing shipments and works with our customers, vendors & shipping partners in claims for defective or damaged in transit items. 


     Lindsay Henson,
    Inside/Counter/Internet Sales Associate
 
        Lindsay has been with us since June 2006.  As a sales associate she handles inside, counter and internet sales.  She works with our customers to find the right products to fit their lighting needs.  She also maintains our office display & information areas so we can keep our customers up to date on all the changes in the industry.  

     Mark Jones,
    
 
        Mark has been with the company since 2004.  

     Michael Butler,
    
 
        Michael has been with us since 2007.
