  Terms and Conditions Of Sale


1. PRICING

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Additional discounts for large volume purchases are available.

Pricing may change if a specific brand is requested. 

Item pricing is while supplies last. 

If a price changes you will be notified before your order is processed to allow you the chance to amend your order.

**Pricing is per item, some items require a minimum quantity for shipment.**

2. TAXES

Prices do not include any federal , state or local taxes.

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment on each invoice is due prior to release of order without approved credit.  Buyer agrees to pay all shipping costs (may vary from rate listed on order confirmation page, see Shipping Section for details) for orders placed.

4. CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT

Blue Ridge Supply will file claims for damaged/lost merchandise if the following conditions are met.

Truckline shipments must have damage/shortage noted on freight bill along with the drivers signature. Fill out the Damage Claim Form, enclosed with the packing list (or by emailing us for a copy) and fax to us with a copy of the freight bill on the day of delivery. In the event of concealed shortage/damage we must be notified within 5 days of receipt of order for credit/replacement to be issued. Concealed damaged may need to be inspected by carrier, do not destroy, please keep in original packaging.

UPS/Fed Ex shipments must be inspected on the day of delivery. Any damage/shortage must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt for credit/replacement/ Carrier may need to inspect items and packing, do not destroy, please keep in original packaging.

Please use the Damage Claim Form enclosed with your packing list to notify us of damage/shortage on your shipment. We will contact you regarding your claim.

5. RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION

No products are to be returned without prior authorization. Items will be credited or replaced at the discretion of Blue Ridge Supply. Defective merchandise must be returned to us for inspection and testing by manufacturer. Please call to report defective items and for return information. All returns are to be shipped prepaid.

A restocking fee set by the manufacturer and outbound freight will apply on special order items which are returned for reasons of the purchaser. Credit/replacement will be issued after inspection and credit are issued by the manufacturer. All returned items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.

20% (minimum) restock charge for items returned for refund except when we have made an error. Refused items, except with our express written authorization, are subject to 20% (minimum) restock charge.

If packages are returned to us for any reason except for mistakes on our part or with our express consent, you will be charged for both inbound and outbound shipping. You are responsible for original shipping on returned for refund, except for when we have made an error. You are responsible for return shipping for exchange.  If we make a mistake in an order, we will pay for your return shipping. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.

To return an item for any reason: You must contact us by e-mail for a return authorization or call us at 1-800-221-4641. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Return the item with the original packing slip and the Return Authorization Number which we will supply you. We can not guarantee that we can credit you the purchase price if you do not receive a Return Authorization number. Returns shipped freight collect will not be accepted.

6. ERRORS

Typographical or clerical errors in quotation orders or acknowledgements are subject to correction.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

$25.00 minimum order or $7.50 small order fee.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless quoted specifically freight allowed.  The minimum freight charge is $7.50 per order.

We ship UPS and/or Fed Ex Ground (at our discretion) at the ground rate or via truckline on larger orders unless otherwise requested. Some items are drop shipped from manufacturers or distributors.

Orders are shipped on weekdays only. UPS and/or Fed Ex count business days for air shipping. Three-day select is three business days from the day shipped. Weekend orders (after 12 p.m. on Fridays) ship on Mondays.

Shipping of heavy or bulky items may require a shipping surcharge. Occasionally, multiple products must be shipped from several locations and this can also result in excess shipping charges. We will email you with an estimate of surcharges and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order at that time with no penalty. Lamps 7 feet or longer, VHO lamps and larger fixtures must be shipped via Truckline.  Charges for this service start at $51.00 a freight estimate will be given to you when your order has been processed, prior to shipping, at that time you will be given the option to cancel your order without penalty.

We ship from our own warehouse in North Carolina, as well as directly from several manufacturers.

Many items ship the same day that your order is received, if your order is in before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Most orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders received on the weekend (after 12:00 P.M. on Friday) or holidays are processed the following business day.

If you have any questions regarding the availability of a product, please e-mail us. We try to respond no later than the end of the next business day, except during peak season and the holidays.


Notifications: We will e-mail you when your order is processed and has been shipped, and let you know if an item is back-ordered or will be drop shipped from a manufacturer. You will be able to cancel back-ordered items without penalty at that time.

Please do not under any circumstances put credit card numbers into email messages!
