THEY ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THE ACTUAL WEIGHT & DIMENSION OF YOUR SPECIFIC ORDER.

Due to the many variations in the weight & dimension of our products, Shipping & Handling Charges will be added to your order after it has been placed & processed.  We ship via the least expensive method available.  We can provide an estimate to you if you wish to call or email us before placing your order.   If you wish to know the charges prior to shipment please state that in the special instructions area when placing your order.  If you have already placed your order you may contact us by phone or email.

The minimum charge will be $7.50. The actual charges will generally be more depending on your location & the total weight of the shipment and the shipping method used. All lamps over 7 feet in length and VHO lamps and larger fixtures must be shipped via truckline with a minimum charge of $52.35

ALL ORDERS SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES WITHIN NORTH CAROLINA WILL BE CHARGED THE APPROPRIATE STATE/LOCAL SALES TAX.

SHIPPING CHARGES & POLICY

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless quoted specifically freight allowed.  The minimum freight charge is $7.50 per order.

We ship UPS and/or Fed Ex Ground (at our discretion) at the ground rate or via truckline on larger orders unless otherwise requested (additional charges may apply or require an account with the company used). Some items are drop shipped from manufacturers or distributors (carriers are chosen at their discretion).

Orders are shipped on weekdays only. UPS and/or Fed Ex count business days for air shipping. Three-day select is three business days from the day shipped. 

Many items ship the same day that your order is received, if your order is in before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and the item is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders received on the weekend (after 12:00 P.M. on Friday) or holidays are processed the following business day.  We cannot guarantee availability of all products at the time an order is placed, therefore you will be contacted if your product is unavailable within 1 business day of your order being processed.  If you require your merchandise to be delivered by a specific date you MUST specify that in your order.  You can also contact us regarding availability of a particular item.  We CANNOT guarantee a shipment date until after your order is processed.

Shipping of heavy or bulky items may require a shipping surcharge. Occasionally, multiple products must be shipped from several locations and this can also result in excess shipping charges. We will email you with an estimate of surcharges and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order at that time with no penalty. Lamps 7 feet or longer, VHO lamps and larger fixtures must be shipped via Truckline.  Charges for this service start at $52.35, a freight estimate will be given to you if requested, when your order has been processed, prior to shipping, at that time you will be given the option to cancel your order without penalty.

Due to the fragile nature of T5 lamps they are shipped at the purchaser's risk.

Lamps shipped via UPS/Fed Ex in less than full case quantity are shipped at the purchaser's risk.

We ship from our own warehouse in North Carolina, as well as directly from several manufacturers.

If you have any questions regarding the availability of a product, please e-mail us. We try to respond no later than the end of the next business day, except during peak season and the holidays.


Notifications: We will e-mail you when your order is processed and has been shipped, and let you know if an item is back-ordered or will be drop shipped from a manufacturer. You will be able to cancel back-ordered items without penalty at that time.
